Our programs

Throughout the year, TBF237 carries out activities either as its own initiatives or as part of projects carried out by partners. The activity reports present in detail the actions carried out by TBF237. However, the following main programs can be cited:
  • HOLEADERS : This is a life skills development program for adolescents. For 05 weeks during the long school vacation period, teenagers from different regions of Cameroon are trained in skills linked to personal development, academic and professional projects, financial education and entrepreneurship, protection against risky behavior and abuse on social networks and in society in general, communication with parents, etc. The last edition saw the participation of 75 young people including 26 boys and 47 girls.
  • ORIENTATION-ADVICE WORKSHOPS : in partnership with schools, 2nd cycle students are supported in clarifying their professional and study plans through Workshops such as the Vision Board. These workshops are led by other adolescents who have been trained by the Foundation under the supervision of experienced supervisors. For the current school year, 04 Vision Board workshops were organized as part of the National School Orientation Day within 02 establishments (Collège Notre Dame de Victoire de Mvog-Ada and the Lycée de Minkan at around fifteen Kilometers from Yaoundé)
  • THE PASCH PROJECT « THINK PROFESSIONAL » : implemented by the Goethe-Institut Kamerun, the “Think Professional” Project aims to help students clarify their academic and professional projects through a first internship experience in the professional environment. This first experience will allow them to get a better idea of ​​the professional environment and the opportunities and challenges linked to the job they wish to pursue in the future. In this Project, TBF plays a dual role. On the one hand, the preparation of students through the running of seminars on behaviors and attitudes in the professional environment, public speaking and on the other hand by welcoming interns whose professional ambitions fit with the activities of the Foundation . This partnership has been active since 2019.
  • INSPIRATIONAL BREAKFASTS : This is a one (01) hour Facebook live session every other Wednesday for parents, educators, teachers, youth leaders, etc. on the themes of education of adolescents, positive discipline, protection of adolescents against GBV, etc. Since its launch, this program has seen the participation of more than 1,000 people online in Cameroon and abroad.
